REMS is Always Hiring...
At REMS AV, we don’t just "hang TVs." We engineer and integrate complex communication environments for the institutions that power our community—from K-12 school districts to local government hubs.
We are led by technical precision and a commitment to "well-tested, repeatable solutions." As we are growing, we are always looking for the right people to help set the standard for AV integration in West Texas.
...the right people!
Work ethic, willingness to learn, ability to finish tasks
We are looking for problem solvers, interested learners, and individuals with at least some technical proficiency.
The ideal REMS Integrator is someone who takes pride in the "invisible work"—the clean cable management behind a rack, the perfectly terminated network drop, and the relentless pursuit of a system that works every single time.
We will teach you how to become excellent at AV, but you need to have work ethic in your DNA, a willingness to learn and ask questions and an established level of capability in task management, troubleshooting and getting things done the right way
How would you fit in at REMS?
- You might be the right person for REMS if:
- • You are West Texas Tough: You aren't afraid of a ladder, a crawlspace, or a long day on a job site to get the mission accomplished.
- • You are Network-Ready: Modern AV integration has evolved into a specialized branch of Information Technology, where every amplifier, camera, and control processor functions as an intelligent node on a high-speed data network. Experience running network cabling (Cat6, Fiber) and an interest in how networked components talk to each other is a major plus.
- • You want to be an Expert: You aren't satisfied with "good enough." You want to utilize your current skills, sharpen your expertise and learn something new
- • "Technically Cross-Trained": We highly value experience from AV-adjacent industries. If you have a background in any of the following, your skills will translate perfectly here
- o Oilfield Maintenance & Instrumentation:
- You understand high-stakes uptime and complex hardware.
- o Solar Installation & Integration:
- You’re comfortable with structural mounting, electrical flow and integrating vendor specific components.
- o Security & Surveillance:
- You’ve mastered low-voltage wiring and IP-based camera systems.
- o Electrical Installation:
- You have a foundational respect for signal path and safety.

• Character: A high school diploma (or equivalent), a clean criminal background check, and a history of staying with companies for 2+ years.
